Our Women's Kickboxing program lies somewhere between traditional Muay Thai and Cardio Kickboxing.  The emphasis is on toning, calorie burn and cardio fitness but with correct punch, elbow, knee and kick technique.  Get fit and kick butt.

Elite Kickfight offers a traditional Muay Thai training program with the infusion of USA Boxing and European/Dutch style combinations and techniques.

"EKF" is very in tune with the evolution of sport Muay Thai Kickboxing.

The Circuit 30 classes are open to all members regardless of program.  These are 30 minute classes comprised of 2 minute circuits with a 30 second break straight through (plyometrics, calisthenics and full body toning).  An excellent add-on to either program.




​​Elite Kickfight Women's Self-Defense seminars are designed to promote awareness and confidence, and arm you with mental and physical emergency tactics if you should ever become the victim of a bad situation that requires an immediate, instinctual and aggressive response.
